Shipping
We charge a flat rate of £15 per order, regardless of order size, and deliver within the UK. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Hardware (sensors, gateways and alarms) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. If a unit arrives faulty, or develops a fault while your monitoring subscription is active, it's covered under warranty and replaced free of charge. To start a return, get in touch with your order number.
